Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.
Cancellation requests can be submitted through email or phone.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved under the following situations:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective product received
- Order cancelled before dispatch
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be applicable for:
- Used products
- Damage caused after delivery
- Customized or special-order products
- Incorrect usage by customer
Return Requests
Customers must report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or proof.
